Knight of the Month

For January 2025, the Knights of Columbus Council 9238 is excited to announce that Brother Gabe Morris has been honored as Knight of the Month. A valued parishioner at St. Nicholas, Brother Gabe played a crucial role in organizing and executing the council's inaugural Keep Christ in Christmas card sales, with proceeds benefiting St. Nicholas Catholic School. He also contributed to the Coats for Kids drive, which provided 196 coats for children in the peninsula who needed warm winter clothing. In addition to being a Knight, Gabe serves as a lector at Mass and is a King County Sheriff, making him a wonderful asset to the St. Nicholas community!

Family of the Month

For January 2025, the Knights of Columbus Council 9238 is delighted to honor the Schanne family, Tim, Erin Ian, Sylvia and Anika, as the Knight's Family of the Month. The entire Schanne family actively participates in the St. Nicholas parish, and their commitment extends beyond that. Brother Tim is not only a member of Council 9238 but also serves on the Rescue Project team and the Camp Solanus leadership team. Additionally, his son Ian has attended Camp Solanus and currently serves as an altar server. St. Nicholas and Council 9238 are truly fortunate to have the Schanne family as part of our community.
